How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited options are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you're not satisfied, contact us at hello@nocturely.com to initiate a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Are your products tested for safety?

Yes. All Nocturely products are carefully sourced and tested to meet quality and safety standards. Our supplements are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities.

What weight weighted blanket should I choose?

We recommend choosing a blanket that is approximately 10% of your body weight. Our 15 lb blanket is ideal for adults weighing 120–180 lbs.

Are the sheets compatible with deep mattresses?

Yes! Our bamboo fitted sheets have deep pockets that fit mattresses up to 16" deep.
